I've got two of Vorderman's books. I really am a sucker for things like that.
Raelha, I'm a stone overweight! How did it happen? I don't pig out on food, I'm a veggie and don't eat loads of cheese or things like that. I exercise, I really watch what I eat, never convenience foods.
I don't know. Obviously I'm doing something wrong. I'll just have to go teetotal! In fact I've only had two evenings this year when I have had a drink. How's that for restraint?!
